Hungry Bunny
A bitten carrot, a pair of bunny ears and a brand for little ones who love to eat.
Sector:
Baby & toddler food
Scope:
Brand identity, Logo design, Brand guidelines, Illustration
Hungry Bunny is a food brand for babies and toddlers, built around baby-led weaning: healthy, organic food and the happy mess that comes with learning to eat. I designed the brand identity from brief to delivery. It includes the logo, mark, lettering, colour palette and a development guide that shows how the brand lives on packaging, tableware and in everyday family moments.

The brief
The brand needed an identity that parents trust and children love. Playful, but clean and calm enough for a health-focused product. It had to work on very different things, from jars and delivery boxes to bibs, bowls and stickers, and stay recognisable even as a single small mark.

Our answer
The idea started with one simple shape: a carrot with a bite taken out of it, whose leaves read as bunny ears. It says "hungry" and "bunny" at the same time, without a single word. The rounded, hand-drawn lettering continues the story. The letter "g" turns into a small bunny and works as a stand-alone monogram. The colour palette is taken from nature: soft greens, a warm carrot yellow, pastel pink and creamy whites, so the brand feels fresh, warm and close to the countryside. Moodboards with contemporary and vintage illustration references helped set a tone that is cute, but never childish.

The outcome
Hungry Bunny got a complete, flexible identity: a primary logo, a carrot mark, a "g" monogram, a six colour palette and a development guide that documents how they work together. The system scales from a tiny sticker to a delivery box and stays consistent across packaging, tableware, textiles and stationery. Product images on this page are visualisations of the brand in use.
